Custom adding of paid search leads in Ads Analyze View

Closing Ratio Report
Hey, I'm trying to create a report for the individual closing ratio of our salespeople as a line chart from 0-100%. I found this post in this regard but it isn't working for me. I get percentages in the thousands.
