Chatbot doesn't close the conversation
Hi, we created our bot and it seems correct. The only problem is that at the end the chatbot doesn't close the chat (even if there is "No action") and so the user can still chat with him without receiving any kind of response. Is there any way to Lire la suite

Let's say like this. The contact is created in Hubspot through an API call because, some of those, are old customers that weren't handled by Hubspot...Lire la suite

Customer portal for Tickets
Allow customers to log in and see their Ticket inbox, history, statuses, replies etc. Ideally integrate this with Knowedge Base too.

Value set on "Annual revenue" property after sending a timeline event
