"Me" Filter for Custom User Properties in Helpdesk View
Currently, the Helpdesk view doesn't allow filtering tickets based on custom user properties with the logged-in user ("Me") as criteria. This would be particularly helpful for agents who want to quickly identify tickets assigned to them or read more
