Reformat currency in reports
Amounts are always written in full in reports. That makes the axes difficult to read. Axes now contain values ​​like $1,435.25 . It would be nice if there was an option to shorten this to, say, $1.4K This makes reports easier to read and understand. read more

graduated scale in lead score
I would like to see in the lead score model that I could use a graduated scale. Such as 1-3 clicks = 1 point, 3-5 clicks is 5 points etc.

Channel availability include dates when not available
Hi, We have setup a live chat channel, with availability based on operation hours (M-F 8:00-17:00). It would be a great feature to add dates when we are closed like christmas, new years day, etc. Now we have to switch manually off and on. Jeroe read more
