We had an enquiry from our website and it pulled through to Hubspot - it created the company profile and the contact profile. I noticed this morning so checked out the company page but couldn't see any activity and then I went on the contact profile read more

At the moment, chatflows are tied to a specific inbox. This means that if I want to use one chatflow to route the conversation to a different team (e.g. Support/Sales), all the members of both teams need to be in one inbox, which can be messy. read more
