We have different departments using different email addresses, and from time to time, emails find themselves in the wrong mailbox, but we're unable to simply move them to the correct mailbox, instead, we have to contact someone from the 'other' team read more

Agreed, if an email ends up in a mailbox for a user that doesn't have access, it's a really awkward workflow to get them notified and able to reply. ...read more

Is it possible to create reocurring tasks, such Ticklers? I like to set-up ticklers to contact certain customers on a regular basis. Is this possible in Hubspot? Barry

Workflows with the action "Create a task" should also have the option for the task to be assigned to a specific task queue.

Hey hey, we would appreciate the feature, that email signatures will automatically be added when a team member replies to an email within the Conversations / Team inbox. Currently we are using snippets as a workaround, but that should not be the read more
