Hi all, We switched over from Mailchimp to Hubspot about 6 months ago and have seen a massive drop in our email open rate. We were averaging around 22-25% when we were sending them out via mailchimp but now are only seeing around 12-17% with hubs read more

HubSpot REALLY needs a "print view" setup for Ticket. This would REALLY help for equipment that's dropped off for repair - print the ticket to match with the equipment!

We are sending a date value to a date picker property in the form of YYYY-MM-DD (which we've confirmed with the app is ISO8601 compliant, but maybe that's intrinsic of the date when written that way - don't know what I'm talking about) we are ge read more
