YES!!! Allow NPS surveys to pop up on specific pages (liked offered in satisfaction surveys) rather than just email delivery.

Allow CSAT/NPS web surveys on external pages
Similar to the way CTA and forms work, the CSAT/NPS web survey and all feedback surveys should be available to show on external web pages. This would be tremendous for HubSpot so that Product Teams and Customer Success Teams could gauge satisfaction Beitrag ansehen

Use workflow to trigger a sequence
I'd like to be able to use a hubspot workflow to enroll (and trigger) a contact into a sequence in the CRM. I'd like to execute a sequence we've built in our HubSpot CRM when a contact property changes. eg; when contact property is set to 'X' Beitrag ansehen

HTML code view/editing in Service Hub Knowledge Base articles
Allow users to edit the HTML code of the article, in order to add custom formatting, tables anchor links, code snippets etc. Zendesk and Freshdesk have this feature... PS - There is a code icon in the editing toolbar, but it's for inserting Beitrag ansehen

It would be great to include a "no index, no follow" search box command. We dont want our knowledge base articles indexed by search engines.
