We need to be able to associate Tickets with Invoices. Currently, once an invoice is synced from XERO to a Contact, using the HubSpot | Xero app, we can assoicate our Invoices in the Invoice Object with Companies, Deals and Contacts. But we cannot read more

Does anyone know of a way to prevent HubSpot from changing a custom field (string) that is entered in all CAPS to lowercase on a report? Thanks... (i.e. in the field (deal property) Q4 FY22 => displays on the report => q4 fy22)

When you create a new action in the Chatflow, the "Save to HubSpot property" displays only contacts and companies property. I would expect that Ticket properties will be displayed as well. Regards, Yoram
