Auto-detect 'away' feature for chat
The messages feature is tough to manage in a busy office. I'm the only key contact for online chat. And I have various other duties. I'm often 'popping up' from my computer and forgetting to turn off chat. This is causing constant frustration Beitrag ansehen

Sound for Chat
There is no sound notification when a new chat comes in. We are only getting a sound notification once someone has responded to the chat. This is very ineffective and it's causing us to miss chats.

Deal Stage before Closed
Hi Team, I am enquirying to see if anyone has implemented this as a new property for which at the moment I cannot see anyone has. Basically I want this property to list what stage a deal was in before being Moved to Closed lost or won. e Beitrag ansehen

Company Lifecycle Funnel report
Should be able to make a 'Company Lifecycle Funnel' widget with conversion rates between each Lifecycle stage (see 'Contact Lifecycle Funnel' widget for example).
