We need a Notification that a Chat with ChatBot has been Initiated

Not sure if this actually solves the problem, but I actually have a workflow that texts me if "conversation by bot = true" - it works even if the bot...Beitrag ansehen

There should be more styling options for the messages add on.

It would be nice if the page visitors could drag the chat widget around the page themselves - like the facebook messenger bubble. It would be useful...Beitrag ansehen

Chat Availability Settings Should Apply to the Bot
I set my chat settings so that the chat launcher will hide outside of our business hours. Since I'm using a bot to greet and capture the name & email address of the person wishing to chat - my chat availability settings are being ignored. So I'm Beitrag ansehen
