Hi. I am trying to work out the best way to be able to filter activity with a client into two streams. 1. general emails and notes logged against the contact and 2. Specific important emails sent to the client that have legal advice in them. read more

BCC to log email in HUbspot CRM is not working
I try to use the feature where I can log emails to my CRM. I use the bcc field to enter the email address related to my account. I'm using SendGrid and I know the email is sent correctly to that address. Unfortunately, it does not work. When I go read more
