The team calendar should allow every member to customized their available time slots. In another words have the option for default availbility to overwrite customized availbility. This is because if i am looking to implement a 24 hours meetin read more

In lead scoring, we have set up a negative attribute for contacts that have emails bounced equal or greater than 2. This helps us weed out contacts with invalid emails. Recently I noticed that globally bounced contacts didn't have any count in read more

I was trying to build a new deal-centered workflow. Whenever the deal is moved to closed lost / won , we want to send an internal notification to the commercial team members. Currently, it is only possible to send an external marketing email. read more

@CraigBailey -- we structure our email notification very similarly. And also agreed on prioritizing company vs. contact details.
