It appears from the API Docs and searching the Dev forum that this API is available but not documented. It also appears according to the article below to not allow access to the content itself but rather a link. We would move our glossary, blog an Beitrag ansehen

Internal note and mentions within the conversations inbox
I would like the ability to write an internal note and mention/tag a colleague in the conversations inbox. I see that you can "add note" to the user contact info who is emailing but this is in a different space. As a customer success manager, Beitrag ansehen

Allow for customization of chat transcript email
I just installed Conversations on our site and am very excited about the prospect of capturing and cookie'ing new leads this way. We had previously used Intercom which is a great service but having the website-chat live inside Hubspot is awesome. Beitrag ansehen

Associate Deal with Ticket via Workflow
We are automatically creating tickets based on contact data associated with a deal. Ideally, we would be able to associate the deal with the ticket we created via a workflow through this automation.

Handle inbound / incoming calls in HubSpot
