I would like the ability to write an internal note and mention/tag a colleague in the conversations inbox. I see that you can "add note" to the user contact info who is emailing but this is in a different space. As a customer success manager, read more

It is good to add a mention section in the Conversation Inbox. So we know if we mention anywhere to any chat or email from collegue.

I just installed Conversations on our site and am very excited about the prospect of capturing and cookie'ing new leads this way. We had previously used Intercom which is a great service but having the website-chat live inside Hubspot is awesome. read more

We are automatically creating tickets based on contact data associated with a deal. Ideally, we would be able to associate the deal with the ticket we created via a workflow through this automation.
