Marketing email contacts dropdown to narrow down recipients list

Goals based on Object Record

Automatically set Queue when Creating a Task
Hi team, It would be a good feature to allow customers to further customize Task creation by allowing them to automatically set Queues based on Keywords. For example, when 'Call' is typed in the title, Task Type is automatically set to Call. Beitrag ansehen
