Why is the AI agent bot only available for Service PRO, when you can choose between marketing specialist, sales representative or customer support, and it can also use the content from blog and website to answear. Not only knowledge base. Shouldnt read more

We would like to propose better insight in the customer agent use on the website. - We miss to be able to see what questions has been asked. Both when they have gotten an answear and not - How do we know if they get a good answear - How can we a read more
