Does anybody know if there is a way to connect a chat transcript to a contact when you receive their email address? the chat doesn't show up in the contacts activity/tasks/email/notes/calls overview. It would be really helpful to have this.

Agreed, this would be very useful. We now ask for the Country so we can search for the country code, but this would be a lot easier.

contacts in cc get 'lead status' automaticaly
Whenever contacts put other/new contacts in the cc, they are created as a new contact in Hubspot. This is a great feature. But these contacts are created as a 'lead'. I think it's better to created them as a different status, for instance as a 'sub read more
