Disable automatic contact creation for Conversations

Allow blocking of an individual email address on a form
Migrated from legacy feedback forum with 32 votes. Our Contact Us form is being spammed by someone who is using a gmail.com domain. Since we do get valid submissions from gmail accounts on this form we cannot block the entire domain. It wo Leer más

Is there away to download all my activity through out the day. I work from home and right now have a spreadsheet of every contact I spoke with and every task I completed that I submit to my boss. This CRM is great but now Im doing double the input. Leer más

Workflow Performance Reporting
