Non-Tracking Sequence Option?
In working with the DoD, tracked emails are now rejected 70%+ of the time. This means manual emailing from Gmail/Outlook, logging the email, but turning tracking off. Sequences can't be used because it tracks. Is there or will there be a way to read more

Deleting attachments in new beta format
HS auto logs all attachments, including images in email signatures. In the old HS, it was very quick and easy to click through and delete those without a confirmation request. Now in beta, it now requires a confirmation to delete an attachment which read more

Adding reseller contact to multiple tickets, but stop emails from getting logged to every ticket?
What's the best practice for this? We use tickets for fulfillment of orders. Many of our orders go through our resellers. If we add the reseller contact to the deal and/or ticket, then any emails back/forth get logged to every deal and/or ticket the read more

Add file attachments to marketing mails
Currently only link attachments from the Hubspot data base are supported for marketing mails. Sometimes it would be more appropriate to sent the content already with the mail such that users can access all mail after mail sync without being online. read more

Bulk Edit multiple contact fields at once
