It doesn't seem to be in the beta anymore, but wasn't added as a feature either. The connector lists Facebook and Instagram, but that's deceiving.

Anyone know how to make Chat work?
I have a pretty nice little chat setup, and its fine as long as I just stick to canned answers. I'd love to use it to capture an email for a quick reply, but can see no way to get alerted to the fact that someone has provided their name and email or read more
