Calculate and Report on the Time between Two Properties
I would like to create a custom report where i can see how much time my contacts spend in each stage of their Contact Lifecycle. I am looking for something much like the "time in deal stage" available for deals. I know that hubspot has the Beitrag ansehen

Being able to make a report based on "Ticket time spent in each ticket status" (quite like "Deal time spent in each stage") would really be needed.

Want to track time spent in each ticket status

Show Sister Companies Under Related Companies
Currently one can only see Parent and Child companies under the "Related Companies" section on company profiles. Please enable us to see also the "Sister companies" under this same "Related Companies" section. So in case, two companies (A and B) Beitrag ansehen

In addition to sister companies, it would also be highly useful to see "grandchildren companies".

Enable creating lists based on Task Notes
Currently, I can create contact/company lists based on Internal Meeting Notes Call notes Email body Note body... But not based on Task notes . This is against any logic or systematicness, so please fix this.

"Became a customer date"
I would like to suggest that this "became a customer date" systems property to be made into an editable property. This is because when we import from another system and we would like to back-date our "because a customer date"instead of making it th Beitrag ansehen

In fact, make all those "Became a XX date" properties should be made editable, as sometimes contact's / company's lifecycle might be cleared and reve...Beitrag ansehen
