Prevent CC'd email addresses from being created as contacts
I'm not sure whether others find this as frustrating (or even know that it happens!) but we regularly find in our own portal and with clients that if you send a sales email using the Outlook or Gmail integration, 'log to CRM' and CC someone who is n Beitrag ansehen

Grant Users Access to Multiple Teams

Text size on NOTICE AND CONSENT field in FORM
We use marketing FORMS and have selected one of the options under NOTICE AND CONSENT. When we put this on our webpage, the disclaimer text at the bottom of the form is rather large. How can we change the size of the text so it's inline with our Beitrag ansehen

Can a User be part of more than one team?
Currently we can only allocate each person to one team. Several of our staff belong to more than one team. How can we reflect this in HubSpot? Further, when exploring TEAMS, how can you filter by teams? How can you delete a TEAM that's no longer Beitrag ansehen

Ok. We've made some teams that we no longer can use (now that we know people can only be in one team) so how do we delete unwanted teams from HubSpot...Beitrag ansehen

Anchor links in CRM?
We use Google Drive and want to place links to our files in HubSpot (rather than upload the actual file). That way we always have access to the most current version from within HubSpot. Is this possible? If so, how?
