I created a marketing email that invited people I know within my network to sign up for a weekly newsletter, and unless they opted in they would never hear from me again. Unfortunately, just over 5% of those contacts hit Unsubscribe, even though the Lire la suite

Not sure if the Opens feature is working correctly (was before). As you can see from the screenshot, the recipient opened it several times, but it still has Opens set to 0.

There was just now a message that there were system updates and I should refresh, and when I did, the open rate matched. Problem solved.

Would love to see an option when creating tasks to assign an urgency level. It would be great if those tasks were color coded for the reps receiving the tasks or just some so of visual like a column dedicated to Urgency Status so that they ca Lire la suite

Some background info that may be pertinent is that for both my email and Hubspot CRM ID I was initially using info@clicknowledge.com and have since switched both to jason@clicknowledge.com. Whenever I try to send an email through Hubspot I get a Lire la suite
