Plain and simple, email needs an "undo" option. Sometimes we delete something and realize it would be better to keep it. Or we highllight it to move it but delete rather than cut... you get the idea.

When editing a marketing e-mail, we need an undo button. Several times, I accidentally deleted an entire section by clicking somewhere, and then that whole section that I had created is gone, and I have to re-create it.
