I would like to be able to change the date of notes. Especially on a deal so I can note when I " actually " took the note.

Hi there. It would be great to be able to backdate a note when you add it AND to edit a date of an existing note. I use notes to capture conversations not over email, so if it isn't logged right away it will never appear in the right place.
