Email send going to spam
On 8/16 we had an email send go to our recipients' spam boxes (including our own employees, which is how we figured out what happened). Luckily, we weren't reported as spam, but it impacted our open and click rates. The email sender appeared "[My na read more

Pause workflow at any step based on last contacted date
I'd like to be able to have an individual pause their progress in a workflow if they've been "last contacted" within X days - this way they won't get a marketing email right after a sales email!
