Show Ticket properties on Ticket Detail page in Customer Portal
Is there a way to reveal ticket properties on the ticket detail page in Customer portal? Today customers only see ticekt name, ID and Status. At a bare minimum I woul dlike to add ticket description into this view. In an ideal world, I would read more
