Customer said they can see other customers form data
Hello, We use HS forms on our site. Today a customer while filling out our form mentioned that they could see the name, email and phone numbers of our other customers. I cannot replicate this myself, and can't imagine how this is even possible read more

Thanks Jennifer Fortunately this was a false alarm. Our front desk confused the form on our website with another form.

Remove specific emails from dropdown for From address
Under the email settings tab: Please make it an option to remove specific emails (HubSpot user email addresses) from the dropdown option from address.

Yes, HS we need this! The email tracking fails if people get the from address wrong. HS please fix it!
