I would like to be able to set default activity filters org-wide for contacts/companies and other records. Right now I have to tell each user to match what filters I have so they are not seeing too much info on each record page.

AS admin in companies with more than 50 users, we should be able to manage permissions to merge contacts since it implies "manipulating" the database by anyone who can edit contacts even if he is not aware of the impact merges could have.

It would be nice to have an undo button in Workflows, similar to emails. Sometimes we will edit a workflow and then quickly decide we want to revert back to the original creation. It's hard to remember what has to be changed back, especially for mor read more
