Can we have the ability to filter on the ticket count data field in custom reports. Trying to filter number of tickets over a certain amount within a certain time period by company - but having to create a company property and a workflow to clear it Leer más

We should be able to allow the customers to reopen the closed chats /tickets, at least from the Customer Portal section. At the moment, we're very hesitant to close the chats even if we provide a solution to the customer, simply because the reopen f Leer más

In ticket properties against the SLA's there are only High, Medium and Low priorities, we should have the option to edit these/add to them as we do also have an urgent priority as a business that has a separate SLA to high. I know i can create cust Leer más
