Can you implement a feature so that if your workflow is determined by x amount of days follow up, you can set up a rule that will avoid sending emails on any bank holidays, Christmas day, New year etc. You already have a business days only rule so read more

my new contact layout has just kicked in issue - now when i start a contact on a sequence - i can't do it straight from the quick box at the top of the record. i have to press email - which opens an email box, then select sequence, start sequenc read more

thanks Mike, I have switched back to the old view. hopefully by the time the change becomes permanent Hubspot would have sorted out these issues..

I have sequences set up so that at the end of a sequence a task is created to follow up. these tasks are assigned to queues. about half of the time, the task isnt assigned to the queue at all. so i have to go through my overdue tasks list, manually read more
