The CSV import of html is a clunky way of importing any documentation. HTML is awful for version control and at the moment the import is not complete with tables being excluded from import (why oh why?). Using Markdown or similar allows us the read more

It looks like this used to be a Hubspot Knowledge Base feature, but now Zendesk (and any other unsupported knowledge base sources) are no longer supported as a smart copy option, so CSV upload is required. When importing Knowledge Base articles read more

Allow users to edit the HTML code of the article, in order to add custom formatting, tables anchor links, code snippets etc. Zendesk and Freshdesk have this feature... PS - There is a code icon in the editing toolbar, but it's for inserting read more

If I add a table into my knowledge base the first row is not marked as a header i.e. the rendered HTML has the row within the <tbody> tags rather than in the <thead> tag. In fact no <thead> row is rendered at all. It means the read more
