Yup, being able to use association labels in workflows would be super useful, also to leverage the timestamps when the labels were created for report...Lire la suite

I use funnel reports to calculate our non-conversion rates. The way our business works, we need two different 'deal lost' stages, and therefore I have two non-conversion graphs. If a deal is mistakenly put into the wrong lost stage, then dragged Lire la suite

Hello, is there a way to make every deal stage mandatory to pass to the next stage? This would be extremely helpful with conversion rates, as they are impossible to retrieve as long as some deals skip some stages when enetered.

Hi, I'm not sure if i'm just interpreting this wrong, but I'm having difficulty calculating the actual conversion rates between each deal stage. I.e 100 deals get created, and 70 of them move to the next stage = 70% conversion rate. 50 of Lire la suite
