Hello, ive set up a second user and for some reason we share the same inbox. How can I change it so they dont see my messageges just their own ? We are on the Free version.

Setting Up Second User
Hi, We are on the Free Hubspot and am trying to set up another user. As far as I can see Ive given them all the permissions ( super admin). When I try to set up email it says " You dont have permissions to view this thread ". Any ideas?

Hi Karsten, sorry for the late reply. I wanted to add Gmail so the user can see their email in hubspot as I do now. That should be possible shouldnt ...read more
