Chatbot Popping up on it's own
I set up my chat bot to where it's only supposed to pop up when prompted but it continually displays when it isn't supposed to. Tried reaching out to support but got an automated email back with outdated instructions on what to verify. Looking to se Beitrag ansehen

Add Custom Objects from Close.io to Integration Mapping

Auto Email Transcript to be customizable
Right now, when you close out a chat, the only person it emails with the transcript automatically is the person chatting in. Can we make this customizable so we can auto send the transcript interally as well to whatever email we want to set up for i Beitrag ansehen
