Chatbot Popping up on it's own
I set up my chat bot to where it's only supposed to pop up when prompted but it continually displays when it isn't supposed to. Tried reaching out to support but got an automated email back with outdated instructions on what to verify. Looking to se read more

Auto Email Transcript to be customizable
