I want to track the conversation inbox when someone changes the inbox. If an agent moves a conversation from one inbox to another, there should be a property to keep track of these actions.

Actually, I wanted to create a report on how many tickets we have which is created by specific users. but with this bug in HubSpot, I could not dot it. Kindly Upgrade it.
