I have month-to-month contracts and would like to be able to duplicate a Deal so I don't have to enter the same info each month.

We need to have multiple teams collaborating on specific issues; for this to work, it would be essential to have a "clone ticket" feature and to be able to associate them, so both owners receive notifications.

It will be great to have the duplicate function for the ticket to be do the efficient work. It taks time to create differnt tickets for different requests from the same company / deal / contact.

Give us the option to duplicate tickets!
