It would be helpful if you could bulk assign contacts to a company record rather than manually assigning each one. i.e. if you have 1000 contacts with @hotmail these wont be assigned to the correct company. We currently havee to manually go through read more

We have oved 3,000 unassigned contacts that this function could help us effectively handle the assignments!

Since more an more communication is done using alternative channels we need HS capabilities to log interactions from Whatsapp, Teams, Facebook and others.

The current contact to company association workflow is totally inadequate. There needs to be a way to see if contact already has a primary account associated, preferably with the option to build compound searches by selecting multiple criteria. ( read more
