アポイント等の「活動」をどうやって管理していくべきか
Hubspotの使用方法の「活動」の管理についての質問です。 これまでSalesforceなどでは「活動」オブジェクトが存在していて、そちらで活動日（最終商談日など）を管理していたのですが、デフォルトで 「活動」オブジェクトが存在しておらず、どう管理すればいいか困っています。（ 弊社はカスタムオブジェクトを使えないプランです） 例えば、弊社の営業定例ではいまだOutlookのカレンダーを見ながら「先週のアポがこうで、今週はここへ行く予定です」といった流れになっておりますが、 read more

早速ありがとうございます。 Hubspotの「アクティビティ」の使い方を工夫すれば確かにレポーティングできました！ Salesforceの活動オブジェクトと概念が異なるので活用に難しさを感じておりましたが解決できました。 ありがとうございました。
