Reply to Bulk delete spam in Helpdesk
I'm sure there also used to be the option to block the sender when deleting spam emails. It would be great to have the orginal features back.

Connect Outlook Calendar with Helpdesk
For the new ticket routing system on Helpdesk it would be incredibly useful to connect calendars so that our users don't have to manually chnage their availability if they are on another call.
