Customer portal for Tickets
Allow customers to log in and see their Ticket inbox, history, statuses, replies etc. Ideally integrate this with Knowedge Base too.

What happened to Prospects?
Why does HubSpot no longer track pages visited on a company level in the Prospects tools? That was one of the most valuable parts of the Sales platform, and without that tool I am less likely to recommend Sales to one of our clients. I will send the 続きを読む

Update/Overwrite/Append Data Options for Contact Property Fields

Pardot does it well too. This is a key feature for us too and i'm surprised to find it missing in hubspot.

Reliable tracking of opt-outs and hard-bounces
