Auto-Save on Notes
It would be great to have the capability to auto-save notes. I have lost some intel due to glitches in not being to save the note. Latest example was a note I took in a tab that sat for two days. When I went back to that tab I realized the note wa Beitrag ansehen

Message "Save or Cancel" when editing any note.
When I am in the Deal for Sales and I'm editing a long note or extensive call notes, if I forget that I didn't save and go to look at an email or another call in the same Deal, I lose my updated notes. Could the system please ask me to "save" or "ca Beitrag ansehen

Autosave Function When Creating Notes
It would be a blessing to have notes "autosave" as soon they are started and created. I am a Mac user, and the mouse I have acts as the track pad as well. On too many occasions, I've started a note in Hubspot and accidentally slid my fingers across Beitrag ansehen

Filter for Tasks showing Queues each Task belongs to
It would be valuable to have a filter (or "view") on the task page that allows me to focus just on the tasks that I have not assigned to a specific task queue. There is a way to look at each task queue individually, but not the tasks that are Beitrag ansehen

Please add a column in the task view for "Queues" so I can see and sort by queues (and also catch any tasks that I haven't assigned to a queue).

Incorrect / updated name when someone enters a chat
When a contact interacts with chat, most do not read thoroughly and don't put in their name. Instead, they go straight to their problem. This updates their contact with a ridiculous new contact name. Is there a way to eliminate this problem? Beitrag ansehen
