We noticed that in the activity search within a ticket, many engagements are searchable, such as email subject, task text, note text, call text. However, the email body is not searchable . In our opinion, this is an essential object for the search. read more

HubSpot auto creates a contact for anyone that emails in - or is cc'd into a reply in conversations. For some customers who manage through support, this will mean a large number of contacts can enter the database. The only way to prevent this at the read more

When a new ticket is created because of an email automatically the subjectline becomes the ticket title. It would be so helpful if the ticket ID was automatically placed after the ticket title and also the subjectline. That way a ticket can easily b read more

This idea regards the work with tickets. The workflows that open a ticket or set it to "waiting for contact" when responding to the customer should also be triggered when another thread is opened in a ticket. This is because we cannot control read more
