We are a sales organization and have hundreds of email templates inside of Hubspot. While there are reports that show the overall performance of a template, there is no way to dive into that data and see all the contacts who were sent that template read more

Currently, Hubspot live chat is based on an inbound marketing idea of having the visitors/contacts initiate the conversation. It would be great to be able to initiate these conversations as well so we can start a conversation with a visitor instead read more

Our customers are more likely to reply/look at WhatsApp than emails. When a meeting is due to happen, we'd like to send them a generic WhatsApp message as a reminder rather than the current option which only allows emails to be added as automated r read more
