Hubspot Meetings don't seem to consider availability correctly
I'm hoping to find out if I'm misunderstanding or failing to use this feature properly. What we are wanting is a single meeting link that will assign a booked meeting to an agent based on their own availability. Currently it seems like the team mee Beitrag ansehen

Group and Round Robin Meetings links should appear in Meetings for all users who are a part of them
Currently, for any team Meetings links (Group or Round Robin) the link only appears in the list of meetings for the user who created the link. This means other users cannot see the link in their list of links, or edit it.

Option to automatically add a product to a deal with workflows

HTML code view/editing in Service Hub Knowledge Base articles
Allow users to edit the HTML code of the article, in order to add custom formatting, tables anchor links, code snippets etc. Zendesk and Freshdesk have this feature... PS - There is a code icon in the editing toolbar, but it's for inserting Beitrag ansehen

I agree. This would help us out a lot. The current text editor of Knowledge Base is really limiting.

Be able to manually change order of Knowledge Base Categories
Curerntly when categories are added to the knowledge base tool, they are automatically arranged in alphabetical order. We would like to be able to rearrage the order of these categories manually. (Submitting on behalf of customer)

Allow for private knowledge base articles
