Snippets and Template downloads

Bounced contacts in workflow
Morning! I set up a workflow this morning to send a series of transactional emails. After the initial send, I put a 4 hr delay, I then created an If flow so that if the email had bounced in that time, it sent a Slack to the contact owner to manual read more

Checking the open/click status in a workflow - Transactional emails
Is it possible within an IF branch to check if a transactional email has been opened or clicked on? It appears it's feasible in Marketing emails but I can't find my transactional ones? Very real use case - we need our onboarded customers to do s read more
