Integrate Chat GPT to summarise tickets
Currently, we use a pinned not to summarise what has happened during the open ticket, It would be nice to use Chat GPT to automatically do this for us.

Bug Report: pasting multiple photos and/or text
When I copy and paste some text with image/s or multiple images into an email in Hubspot, the images show up as camera emojis or just ignore that I have even copied images. Consequentially, I have to copy and paste each image individually into the e read more

Inbox permissions
I am trying to give access to a team to view live chats that come through our "reservations" inbox but I don't want them to be able to reply or be "active" in these chats. There is currently no option for a normal user to have access to what has ha read more
