Select "Task Type" when creating a task from an email, call, etc.
HubSpot provides a checkbox option to create a follow-up task as you're completing calls, emails, and other tasks. The 'Edit' link next to the checkbox provides for several options to configure regarding the task except for selecting the "Task Type. read more
